Terms of Purchase: Sorted: Learn to Organise Professionally
I’m so thrilled you’re considering joining Sorted: Learn to Organise Professionally. Before you enrol, there are a few important things you need to know about what you’re purchasing, how the course works, and what support you can expect throughout. Please read the terms below carefully. If anything is unclear, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
These Terms of Purchase apply to your enrolment in the 8-week programme Sorted: Learn to Organise Professionally, delivered by Annie-Louise Miller trading as Declutter With Delight. They set out your rights and responsibilities when joining the programme and form the agreement between us. These terms sit alongside your statutory consumer rights, which cannot be waived.
Programme Overview
Sorted: Learn to Organise Professionally is an 8-week training programme designed to teach you the foundational skills, practical systems, client processes and confidence needed to begin working as a professional organiser. The programme focuses on real-life organising, compassionate client support, and sustainable systems used in family homes.
Programme Structure & What’s Included
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your space on the course. One week before the course start date, you will then receive access to a digital portal which will contain links to:
You will also be added to a course WhatsApp group if you have given your consent for this.
The content is designed to support you in building the skills and understanding required to begin offering paid organising services, including homes, systems, client management, marketing and professional standards.
Although this programme is comprehensive and based on methods that have worked successfully with my in-home clients and mentees, please note that no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Results will vary depending on your starting point, commitment, availability and confidence. No specific outcome, transformation, or income level can be guaranteed.
This programme provides general training and professional guidance. It does not offer personalised business coaching, legal advice or financial advice.. If you would like 1:1 support beyond the scope of Sorted, you can enquire separately to book private mentoring.
Please be aware this course is delivered entirely in English, and translations are not provided for video or written materials.

A payment plan option is available, allowing you to spread the cost over 3 instalments.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full, regardless of whether you attend live sessions or complete the course content.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Access to the course is only granted once the first payment has been received (in addition, access is granted one week before the course start date).
Important Payment Information
Accepted payment methods:
You can make payment using: Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay (Via Stripe).
Late payments:
A late fee of £25 will apply to instalments more than 5 days overdue.
Missed payments:
If a payment fails, access to the programme (including replays, materials and the community space) will be paused until the payment is resolved.
Repeated failed payments:
Multiple missed or failed payments may result in your access being removed entirely, without a refund, in line with the Terms of Purchase you agreed to at checkout.
Why We Charge an Admin Fee
The small administrative fee added to payment plans exists because split payments create extra work and extra cost behind the scenes. Every payment plan requires additional processing fees, more monitoring, more account management and more manual intervention if anything fails. The fee simply covers the operational load of offering instalments in the first place.
It’s intentionally kept low - around 5% - especially compared to what many providers charge for extended payment plans. It’s there so you can spread the cost without creating a financial burden on the business delivering the programme.
Support
During the 8-week programme you will receive:
For technical issues (e.g. trouble accessing files or replays), email [email protected].
Support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and I aim to reply as promptly as possible within working hours, including within the WhatsApp group.
Any further 1:1 support, additional coaching or private mentoring falls outside the scope of Sorted and would be charged separately.
You are also welcome to connect with me on Instagram at @declutterwithdelight for additional tips and inspiration.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy matters, and I take the protection of your personal data seriously. Any information you share with me will be handled with care and never passed on to unrelated third parties. Your payment details are processed securely by a trusted external provider; I only receive your name and email address, never your full financial information.
Sorted: Learn To Organise Professionally includes live or group calls, please be aware that all sessions will be recorded so they can be made available to other participants. This means your name, voice and/or video may appear in the replay. If you prefer not to be visible or identifiable, please switch your camera off during calls and change your display name to “Attendee” plus your initial. You’ll still receive support, but your personal information will remain private.
For full details on how your data is managed, stored and protected, you can view the privacy policy here: https://www.declutterwithdelight.com/privacy-policy
Refunds and Cancellation
Because you are purchasing digital content (materials delivered online in a downloadable or view-only format), refunds are only available in very limited circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access is granted immediately and you therefore waive your usual statutory right to a change-of-mind refund unless a legally recognised exception applies.
Because this is a digital programme with access to online materials and call replays, all sales are final.
Access to the course materials is granted immediately upon purchase, and by enrolling you acknowledge that:
No refunds are offered on the basis of changing your mind, lack of time, personal circumstances, or non-participation.
If you believe the digital files are faulty or there is an issue accessing your course materials, please let me know straight away at [email protected] and a replacement copy or alternative access will be provided. If you have any concerns or questions about your purchase at any point, you’re welcome to reach out - I am here to help.
Intellectual Property
You’ll receive access to a range of recordings and materials, and all intellectual property rights in those materials remain with Declutter With Delight at all times.
You may use the materials for your own learning and implementation only.
You must not:
Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution infringes intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Feedback & Complaints
Your feedback is always welcome — the kind words help me/us see what’s landing well, and constructive comments help shape future versions of the course.
If you’d like to share feedback at any point, you can email [email protected].
If for any reason you wish to make a complaint, this must be submitted in writing to [email protected], and I will review it as soon as possible.

These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes arising from your purchase will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
